NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-013100 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JOEL R. LAVENDER, TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff and ANNELIE PROPERTIES GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, MANUEL E. BLANCO, DAILEN CALDERON, UNKNOWN OCCUPANT NUMBER 1 and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT NUMBER 2 are Defendants, Kevin C. Karnes, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 43 and 44, Block 4395, CAPE CORAL UNIT 63, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 48 through 81, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
