DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF GLADYS COLON; GLADYS S.
