NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
A portion of Lot 35, LAKE SEMINOLE VILLAGE - STAGE 1, Book 84, Pages 70-72, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: For the Point of Reference, commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 35, thence North 89° 41'06” West along the South line of said lot for 9.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89° 41'06” West for 29.67 feet, thence North 00°18'54” East, for 115.02 feet to a point on a curve concave to the Northwest; thence Northeasterly 29.69 feet along the arc of said curve having a radius of 495.00 feet, a central angle of 03° 26'13”, a chord length of 29.69 feet, and a chord bearing of North 88° 08'16” East, said curve being the South right of way line of Lake Seminole Drive East (50' R/W); thence South 00°18'54” West for 116.14 feet, to the Point of Beginning. With the following street address: 9760 Lake Seminole Drive East, Largo, Florida, 33773.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 29, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
