NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-003163-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANNA JUNE HUDAK, TRUSTEE OF THE HUDAK FAMILY TRUST DATED OCTOBER 6, 2000; KAREN K. MEADE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA JUNE HUDAK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Ken Burke as Clerk of said Court, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
