Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-001082-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit Number 1002, THE WEATHERLY, a condominium, and covered parking space number according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 36 through 51, Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1,388 interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium, and all exhibits attached to said Declaration and by reference made a part thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4519, Pages 1429 through 1599, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 9415 Blind Pass Rd., Apt. 1002, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 22, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
