NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 12006 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-D, is Plaintiff and Rafael Wilson Jr. a/k/a Rafael Wilson; Frances Wilson a/k/a F. Wilson; State of Florida; Clerk of the Court, Volusia County, Florida; The Home Builder's Network, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Volusia County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.volusia. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1922, DELTONA LAKES UNIT SEVENTY-FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 29, PAGES 28 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2069 Jefferson Avenue, Deltona, Florida 32738
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
