NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-004683 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2007-A1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Martin J. Peters, Ashley Manor Homeowners' Association of Polk County, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., Polk County, FL, Christine Jacobs A/K/A Christine K. Webster, Earl Jacobs A/K/A Earl F. Jacobs, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Credtors, Trustees, or other claimants Claiming by, Kimberly S. Jacobs, Deceased, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the June 25, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
