NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 CC 002772 of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein RESERVE AT WINDWOOD BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LUZ M. VILLEGAS, LUIS A. VILLEGAS and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 27th day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 143, WINDWOOD BAY PHASE ONE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 118, Pages 40 through 47, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
