NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated May 9, 2024, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-003396, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CALABAY PARC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and LUKUS LEVI FELDER, individually; CASSANDRA RACHELE RUDOLPH, individually; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 7th day of August, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
