NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on May 30, 2024 in Civil Case Number 2023CA006308000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein CIVIC REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS III, LLC is the Plaintiff and VACATION RENTALS GROUP INC; OLEG PROKOPEV; BAHAMA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, Stacy M.
