GRADDY; LUZ E. GRADDY A/K/A LUZ E. VELEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUZ E. GRADDY A/K/A LUZ E. VELEZ N/K/A EUGENE ROJAS; ECON RIVER ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 25, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
