YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to appoint a corporate trustee for the purpose of transferring real property located at 1200 71st Street NW, Bradenton, Florida 34209, and whose legal description is as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 34 South, Range 17 East; thence go West 418.27 feet; thence South 208.72 feet; thence East 418.27 feet; and thence North 208.72 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less and except existing road right-of-way.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written
defenses, if any, to it on Matthew F. Liebert, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before JULY 10TH, 2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
