The East 105 feet of the East 180 feet of Tract No. 90 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT No. 42, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 27, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Ste. 203, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before 06/24/2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
