NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-109 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREYHAWK AT GOLF CLUB OF THE EVERGLADES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Justin A. Leventhal and Jacqueline Leventhal are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 508, Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades Phase 4, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page(s) 39 through 45, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
