NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 6, 2024 in the above-styled case, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Electronic Auction held at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit No. 804, SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 8, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 794, Page 600, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 23, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 3280 Southfield Lane, #804, Sarasota, Florida 34239.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after sale, if any, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds unclaimed.
