NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 20, 2024, entered in Case No.: 2022 CA 4838 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RANDCASS REALTY, LLC; GERLINDE G. NELSON; RIVEROAKS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVEROAKS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVEROAKS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Court, shall sell the subject property at public sale on June 27, 2024 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed. The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
Unit No. 1802, Building 18 of RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3817, Page 512, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 48, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
