NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-CA-003654 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CELINK, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ZETA EASTON AKA ZETA KATHLEEN EASTON, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of July, 2024, the following described property:
