NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 3rd day of June 2024, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the
highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at
http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 19, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 36, in Block 3, of Westchase Sections 373 and 411, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 9821 Bayboro Bridge Drive, Lutz, Florida 33626, (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
