CHANNING PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Channing Park Community Development
District (“District”) will hold a special meeting on June 18, 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Channing Park Recreation Center, 17358 Chelsea Downs Circle, Lithia, Florida 33547, for the purpose of approving a preliminary proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024, and considering any other business that may properly come before the Board.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Ave, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614, Attn: Ruben Durand ([email protected]); Telephone: (813) 533-2950 (“District Office”), during normal business hours, or by visiting the District's website, https://www.channingparkcdd.org/. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
There may be occasions when staff or other individuals may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (813) 533-2950 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the public hearing or meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
