Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, WOODGATE OF COUNTRYSIDE - UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 13-14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
in an online sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on June 27, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
