NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 30th day of April A.D., 2024, in the cause wherein, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, was plaintiff(s) and Alverdean Robinson aka Dean Robinson, dba Robinson Insurance and Financial Servicess, was defendant(s), being Case No 07-1407-CI-21 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Alverdean Robinson aka Dean Robinson, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
