NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 16th day of January A.D., 2024 in the cause wherein Chase Bank USA, N.A., was plaintiff(s), and Carrie Stewart, was defendant(s), being Case No. 2007-CC-011150 CO-40 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Carrie Stewart, aka Carrie Ann Stewart, in and to the following described property to wit:
