NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 5, 2024, issued in and for Volusia County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-30490-CICI, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 COTTAGE-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK T. TUCCI, DANA WILLIAM TUCCI, ERIC MICHAEL TUCCI, ANTHONY THOMAS TUCCI, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MARLENE A. SHANNONHOUSE A/K/A MARLENE A. LAWLER, MALISSA BURAK A/K/A MALLISSA ANN BURAK and CHANDRA D. SOWERS are the Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
