An undivided interest as tenant-in-common as defined below in and to the below Unit No., Use Period No. and Building No. of Orlando Breeze Resort, a vacation resort in Polk County, Florida (the “Resort”) , according to the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions recorded in Volume 06046, Page 0473 and amended by the Supplemental Declarations recorded in Volume 7612, Page 1623 and Volume 6147, Page 325, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and any amendments thereto (collectively (the “Declaration”) , with the exclusive right to occupy the Unit during the Use Period below, as said Use Period is defined in the Declaration, upon and subject to all the terms, restrictions, covenants, conditions and provisions in the Declaration and any amendments thereto.
