NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 532023CA005444000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Americo Morales Alvira; Lila Castillo Colon; Eusebio Alverio Camacho; Unknown Spouse of Eusebio Alverio Camacho; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE RUN NORTH 14°54'31” EAST, ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6 A DISTANCE OF 53.30 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 57°20'16” EAST, AS DISTANCE OF 99.57 FEET TO A NON-TANGENT INTERSECTION WITH A CURVE CONCAVED TO THE SOUTHEAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 60.00 FEET, THENCE RUN ALONG SAID CURVE SOUTHWESTERLY THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 23°16'43”, A CHORD DISTANCE OF 24.38 FEET, A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 33°33'07” WEST, AN ARC LENGTH OF 24.21 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE RUN NORTH 75°05'29” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHERN LOT LINE, A DISTANCE OF 87.09 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS LOT 6A.
