NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2020CA002264CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AHL3 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Kimberly Richie a/k/a Kimberley Ann Richie a/k/a Kim Richie, Deceased; Ann Marie Goodwin; Jabob Richie; Jaqueline Marie Rose Richie a/k/a Jaqueline Marie Richie a/k/a Jacqueline Marie Richie; Johnathan Michael Richie a/k/a Jonathan Michael Richie are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
