NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2024, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2018CA000597, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF EFP CAPITAL TRUST, SERIES 2022-2 is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER J CHESNEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER J. CHESNEY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A CLAIRE VEGA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 10, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
