AURORA FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff and DEREK C. RUETZ; COPPERSTONE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; COPPERSTONE TOWNHOME HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court for MANATEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of JULY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
