Final Judgment was awarded on November 29, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2020CA003285AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, DEED STREET CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff, and AMANDA WEST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA WEST; MANATEE RAINTREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH COVERED CARPORT NO. 201, RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM. THIS CARPORT IS ADDITIONAL SECURITY FOR THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE OF THE COVENANTS CONTAINED IN THE PROMISSORY NOTE AND
