NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-003166 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10, is the Plaintiff and, Wells Fargo Bank NA Successor By Merger to Wachovia Bank National Association, Mason Armstrong aka Mason Alexander Armstrong, a Minor, Southern Account Services Inc, a dissolved Florida corporation, by and through Anil Poonai, its registered agent, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the September 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
