NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of June, 2024, in Civil Action No. 2024-CA-000132, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which RAYMOND CHERVINSKY, if living and if dead, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS', are the Defendants, and VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #1 OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July, 2024, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Apartment 302, VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #1, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 377, Pages 72 through 119, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
