has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's counsel Ellison | Lazenby, Attn: Jason M. Ellison, Esq., 150 2nd Avenue N., Ste. 1770 Saint Petersburg, Florida 33701, by 7-15-2024 (30 days from date of first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer) and file the original with the clerk of this Court at before service on Plaintiffs' counsel or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
