NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-015416, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Avail 1 LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER ANNABELLE SITTER (DECEASED) OR THROUGH ELAINE HEARD CUTHBERTSON, AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANNABELLE SITTER; OAK PARK TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN; UNKNOWN TENANT, IF ANY, are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court, Cindy Stewart, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 26, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
