HOME FORECLOSURE DEFENSE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and the UNKNOWN TENANTS OF HOME FORECLOSURE DEFENSE, LLC, the CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA, and PLANT CITY, FLORIDA,
defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated the 15th day of May 2024, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-9372 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida., the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PROPERTY: Parcel 1: The West 50 feet of the East 401.5 feet of the South 3/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 less the South 25 feet for road in Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 19 East in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Parcel 2: Lot 4, Block 26 of SOUTH LINCOLN PARK, according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 95 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the north one-half of the vacated alley abutting on the south as set forth in Ordinance in O.R. Book 5811, page 691 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
