NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of April 2024, in Case No. 20-CA-002256, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial
Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JULIO C. ESTRELLA; JOSE B. ESTRELLA; ROSARIO ESTRELLA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SARAH TORRES AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at,
10:00 AM on the 31st day of July 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
