NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 10, 2024 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-004323 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST.. is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY SCOTT SHIOLENO and HOLLY SHIOLENO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stewart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 60 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF THE SOUTH 140 FEET OF LOT 11, HESPERIDES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5105 W CLEVELAND STREET, TAMPA , FL 33609 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
