NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2022-CA-002720 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee of CSMC 2019-RPL3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, though, under, or against, Carole N. Henning a/k/a Carole Henning, deceased, Unknown Party 1 NKA James Fahslman, James Clarence Fahlman, Lesley Nagler a/k/a Lesley Nagler-Davison, Tina Aline Baxter, United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Coastal Green Energy Solutions, LLC, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 24, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
