State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Notice of Application
The Department announces the receipt of an application from Waste Services, LLC
for a construction/operation permit for the Waste Services, LLC Materials Recovery
Facility. The proposed project is to construct a new waste processing building and other site amenities at 5003 Dover Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, and is subject to Department rules.
This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest District Office, 13051 N. Telecom Parkway, Suite 101, Temple Terrace, Florida 33637-0926.
