NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2023, and an Order Resetting Sale dated June 5, 2024 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002347 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUMAN 2021 SC9 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and VEROLLA WILLIAMS A/K/A VEROLA HOWARD WILLIAMS A/K/A VEROLA WILLIAMS; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROGRESSIVE AMERICAN INS. THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 2 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 7, OF SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
