Notice is given pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS, entered on June 4, 2024, in Case No. 24-CA-8274 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which NORBERT SANDERS and KITTY SANDERS are the Plaintiffs and SAMI ABDELMASSIA, SAMI MAKARYIOUS, LLC, SAMI NAGUIB, LLC, and MARINA OSAMA MAGHARIOUS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. on September 5, 2024, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure and For Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs:
