NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the order of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 9, 2024, and entered in 23-CA-009709 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LEHIGH ACRES BG PROPCO LLC, MASTER TENANT (FNMA) BG OPCO LLC, and LEHIGH ACRES BG OPCO LLC, are the Defendants.
