NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2024, entered under Case No. 22-003915-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, and following a Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, HARSHAW LAKE REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1992 41st Street N., St. Petersburg, Florida 33713.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/, at 10:00 a.m. on July 16, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be
cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
