NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4th of June 2024, in Case No. 21-005886-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-17CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-17CB, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSALBA YEPES; CAPTIVAS AT MARINA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARINA BAY MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARINA BAY MASTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARGARITA YEPES; LUZ HELENA PLAZA; EFRAIN YEPES; LUIS FERNANDO YEPES A/K/A FERNANDO YEPES; CARLOS YEPES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of August 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
