The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://polk.realforeclose.com, on August 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 7, LANCASTER SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 595 W COLUMBIA ST., LAKE ALFRED, FL 33850 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
