NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA003661000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-43CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-43CB, Plaintiff and Velmour McGibbon-Garvey a/k/a Velmour McGibbon Garvey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
