NO 6021, VILLAGE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST AND THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONS OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED MARCH 19, 1981, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3180, PAGE 2265, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 31 TO 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
