NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2024, and entered in Case No. 412023CA000875CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, is Plaintiff and Patrick A. Thrasher a/k/a Patrick Thrasher a/k/a Patrick A. Trasher; Heather Thrasher; Unknown Spouse of Heather Thrasher; Ashland Credit Union; Capital One, National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank (USA), N.A; Midland Funding LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 21 ALL OF LOT 22, BLOCK 50, WHITFIELD ESTATES, LESS ANY PART LYING WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF JUNGLE WAY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 33 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
