NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 10, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2023CA003253AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and LERA KOPYT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LERA KOPYT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2019-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE; SABAL BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. UNIT 6-2, PHASE 4, SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, PAGE 7150, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2033, PAGE 1795, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2043, PAGE 1710, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2058, PAGE 1031 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENENT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
