NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-003911 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee to Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-6, Plaintiff and Dorothy T. Nemeth are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 31, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 84, RIVERWALK VILLAGE CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE H, UNITS 1 & 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
