NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CC004932 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on July 30, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure:
UNIT 104 THE ARBORS AT PINEBROOK, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1425, PAGES 3313 THROUGH 3373 INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27 PAGES 102 THROUGH 104 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
